The pool area was very clean and the location was good and easy to access. The room was huge, fabulous, and included essential amenities, two queen beds, and a bathroom. The service was friendly.

Functional and exceptionally comfortable hotel, ideal base for 1 night in Kingsport. Impeccably clean and huge room with extremely comfy bed, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven.

Nice and clean spot, with a simple but good breakfast offering a variety of options. The service here is top-notch all around, making your stay very enjoyable 😊. The pool is a pleasant place to relax, with comfortable seating for guests.

Location: the hotel was just off Kingsport / Johnson City and the aquatic center and fountain. It also was close to restaurants.

The room with 2 queen beds was comfortable and the location was convenient, within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to visit.

The hotel was very convenient to reach off the interstate, and it had plenty of parking available. The indoor pool was a nice feature, and we enjoyed taking a dip during our stay. Another advantage was the great breakfast that was offered. We especially loved the individually packaged to-go boxes with biscuits and gravy, omelets, and sausage. It was a delicious and convenient way to start our day.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. the coffee could use some improvement.

The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and no unpleasant odors. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast with Cinnabon brand rolls, a tasty treat to start the day. The hotel staff provided excellent service, ensuring all my needs were met. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided.

Everything was satisfactory.
