the lighting in the bathroom was so dim, it made getting ready an absolute chore. plus, i was promised some sort of upgrade as a 'valued guest,' but nope, just the same old room. breakfast was a disapointing letdown too. almost gave them a good review, but just couldn’t let these failures slide, now could i?
